Unique and Authentic Experience
This cooking class with Yashna and her family turned into one of the highlights of my trip. Yasha and her parents welcomed us into their home and taught us how to make a traditional dish that is fading from Mauritian cuisine: dhall pita. Not only did we enjoy an amazing meal, but we had great conversations about Mauritian history and culture. Yashna and her parents invite you to experience the authentic Mauritius, and if you are interested in Mauritian culture, this experience is unmatched.

Wonderful evening with Yashna and Family
Dear Yashna, we have to thank you and your parents ! You were all so nice and it was a very special evening for all of us ! Great food, very interesting talks and a wonderful hospitality ! We enjoyed it so much ! Thanks again for having me and my family….and for the nice Birthday surprises 🐢🎂💕 I am sure I will always remember how I celebrated this Birthday 🥰

Yashna and her Mum’s...
Yashna and her Mum’s cooking course was amazing!! We learnt so much about Indo-Mauritian cooking, the food was delicious. Was was even more special than was meeting Yashna and her Mum who gave us a wonderful, personal history of Mauritius, we learnt so much about food and culture. We really really recommend!! Thank you so much 💕
