The overall experience was wonderful and informative!!! The scenery along the drive was beautiful. The tasting at the these private wineries was great and unique.

Elizabeth, our guide and driver was pleasant and kept us updated on the tour. She spoke very well and explained all along the tour. The wine tasting for both was very good , however tenuta Barca was exceptionally well due to family run . Perhaps getting a small lunch like panini, sandwich would help

We visited 2 wineries on this tour - Barac and Garesio. Both gave an in depth tour of the winemaking process. The winemakers were passionate, knowledgable, friendly and informative. Barac in particular is beautiful with lovely gardens and vistas. Most of the wines tasted were in the €20-35 range. All were very drinkable (some excellent), and freely available to purchase.
