Such a great experience! My girlfriend and I had an amazing time and Pinzochere Lab gave exactly what they promised in the description. In a city like Florence, with so many over crowded tourist attractions, this was SUCH a lovely break from the crowds. We had the whole place to ourselves, it was private but so much fun. We had a fantastic afternoon here! The workshop is well-kept, and the lesson was very fun and interactive. The chef is super helpful and teaches you tricks that you would not find anywhere else. In the end we ate what we prepared and I can say it was absolutely delicious. A true local experience worth every minute!

We had an amazing time during this cooking class. The location is a remote, very charming old bakery lab, so the authenticity is peak. There was only the 2 of us during the class, which was amazing because we really wanted something private. Benjamin, the chef, was an amazing teacher and very friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. If you are looking for a pasta cooking class in an authentic, simple and chill mood, that is the place to choose !

I attended the pasta course not long ago! It was a wonderful experience! Chef Benjamin is really nice and prepared!! The dishes made especially the ravioli were fantastic!! I had a really good time! I recommend it!
