This is a don’t-miss class! Not only did we participate in making a couple of different types of frozen treats, we also had several other delicious samples. Plus, when you’re done, you receive a coupon for a free treat at their store downtown.

Exceptional class from a chef whose business is ice cream, gelato and sorbet. One-on-one instruction, recipes and professional hints…plus samples galore. Wonderful experience that makes me want to upgrade my home ice cream making equipment and recipes.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Nachmittag als Familie mit unserem 5-jährigen Sohn. Francesco war wirklich sehr freundlich, hat uns die ganze Zeit neue Sorten zum Probieren gegeben, während er uns geduldig und sehr spannend erklärt hat, wie seine Kreationen hergestellt werden. Wir haben selbst zwei Sorten Eis gemacht: Sorbet und Cremeeis. Great fun with the best pistachio gelato ever!
We had a bit of a rocky start as Francesco was running late due to an issue at his shop, but within minutes he had us smiling and tasting some of his amazing gelato. We made a lemon sorbet and a vanilla cream gelato and both were incredible. Francesco was really chatty and keen to answer all of our questions while plying us with all his different gelato flavours….we over indulged completely but had lots of laughs with him and thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon.
