创始人带领游览。体验 Maharani 金酒和爱尔兰唯一的苦艾酒的故乡——Rebel City 酿酒厂，这是科克市 50 年来的首家酿酒厂。距离市中心仅 15 分钟步行路程。Rebel City 成立于 2020 年，是一家手工酿酒厂，为科克历史悠久的码头区注入了新的活力。酿酒厂位于旧福特汽车厂，这是科克地标，已沉寂数十年，酿酒厂借鉴过去的创新来激发未来的创作。两种创意文化的融合。我们的第一款产品 Maharani 金酒致敬了我们创始人的根源——爱尔兰科克和印度喀拉拉邦，夫妻团队 Robert 和 Bhagya 就来自那里。Maharani 的意思是女王，是对世界各地坚强女性的致敬，也是对印度喀拉拉邦妇女有机农业合作社的致敬，植物药材即来自那里。我们也是爱尔兰唯一的苦艾酒的生产商。

It was a lot of fun. Very intimate because it's it's a husband or wife operation which they're trying to expand. We learned a lot about the process of making gin which was new to me.
