Best cooking class Ever!
What a memorable cooking class. Alessandro was amazing! He was entertaining and educational at the same time. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Naples.

Best Class Evet
This was the best cooking class I’ve ever taken! So much fun and the tiramisu was amazing!

Hungry for More
We arrived to a heartwarming welcome from Alessandro. We were then treated to a mini guided tour of the exterior of the Palace of Portici and a Brief history lesson. Following this we returned to the cookery school where school and its immaculate kitchen. The rest of the morning was spent preparing fresh ravioli of ricotta and lemon with sauce made from local tomatoes and basil. We also learned how to make the classic tiramisu.
