This was by far the highlight of our whole trip. Myself and my partner had the best time. Vary was extremely friendly, kind and her enthusiasm and love of cooking was infectious. My partner is lactose intolerant, and she made an effort to make the menu available to him, highlighting how there was no need to compromise on flavour. <p>Chef Vary was incredible! She personalized our menu to match our dietary restrictions, and was brimming with amazing cooking tips and information about authentic Italian Cuisine. Her kitchen is beautiful and the pace of the cooking instruction was perfect. Best of all, the food was FANTASTIC. Without a doubt the most delicious ravioli we ever had and we made it ourselves!.</p>

I signed up for the class and indicated that my daughter was Gluten Free. Upon arriving we were told that it was not and it said so in the description. In fact it did not say that but they were nice enough to pivot and include a risotto that my daughter could prepare and eat.
