I went here with my girlfriend and it was one of the highlights of our Salzburg trip. Agnes is a wonderful host and talented baker who has completely optimized the experience. The class takes place on the top floor of a building overlooking the river, the old city, and a fort on top of a hill. When we were there in September the windows were open and a gentle breeze flowed in. The wooden tables were adorned with flowers and everyone got their own striped apron. This class was a blast from start to finish. Agnes was very welcoming, extremely patient and has amazing energy that gives you the confidence to tackle what feels like a feat of baking. Just wait until you try the apple strudel. And the view?!? You will not be disappointed. I will be "attempting" to follow this recipe at home
