What a fantastic experience! Spending time with Fulden is delightful, she is a brilliant teacher, charming and very knowledgeable. The venue is beautiful, warm and welcoming. The Sourdough class was a lot of fun and the bread we made tasted amazingly good. It was such a great afternoon and I learnt so much, I’ve booked up for three more classes!!
My boyfriend and I visited during a long weekend trip to Stratford upon Avon. We’ve always wanted to do a sourdough class and we are SO glad we chose Fulden’s class at the Dough House. Fulden is a phenomenal teacher and such an inspiring woman. It was an honour to meet you and we’ll definitely be back to see you when we are next in the area! Definitely the best workshop I have ever been to! I can’t recommend it enough. Fulden was so friendly and welcomed us in to her beautiful home. I did the bread and pastry workshop and learnt so much, had lots of fun, an amazing lunch and came home with a big bag of home baked delicious goodies. Can’t wait for my next workshop with Fulden. Thank you so much for a truly memorable day.
