2004年，为了重温古老的葡萄栽培传统，Tramonti的S.v Francesco农场诞生了，阿马尔菲海岸的绿色中心。该农场占地约8.5公顷，由三个当地历史家族的葡萄酿制葡萄酒：Bove，D'Avino，Giordano。该酒厂的现代化高科技设备于2005年初完工。它位于Di Palma家族的古老庄园，现有生产商，他们利用博士的专业专业建议。来自Avellino的Carmine Valentino。在700年历史悠久的Masseria中，沉浸在Parco dei Monti Lattari的绿色中。
品尝首先参观历史悠久的前philloxera葡萄园（300-500年），17世纪的酒窖，品尝3种DOC葡萄酒的TASTING葡萄酒 - 阿马尔菲海岸 - Tramonti与“panzanella”相结合，配以新鲜的马苏里拉奶酪和乳清干酪，奶酪经验丰富的腌制肉类。
