您将在非常传统的工厂欣赏真正的帕马森奶酪生产。您将可以看到奶酪制造商从牛奶桶中取出奶酪的过程。然后，您将被带到调味/储藏室，参观生产的最后阶段。
游览结束时，您将品尝不同陈年的帕尔马干酪。
对于帕尔马火腿火腿工厂参观，我们将前往兰吉拉诺田园诗般的山丘，帕尔马火腿火腿的故乡。您将进入“环境温度阶段”，参观调味室，这里的特点是火腿的典型香味。在此阶段，将解释“spillatura”方法，只有最好的火腿才能通过测试，由联盟检查员选出的火腿将被贴上臭名昭著的“帕尔马王冠”的印记。
