Fantastic experience, we had a great time as a family making bread and learning about Croatian culture! Easy to follow instructions with lots of tips and education. Very unique experience and well worth doing if you are visiting! Wonderful host with plenty of passion for Zadar. We enjoyed tasting our bread with some olive oil and cheese at the end, which rounded off the experience perfectly!
I love taking cooking or food related classes when travelling as you get to know a lot about the culture through food. This bread making class was excellent and I learnt some interesting history about Croatia, Zadar and the Dalmatian region. Also who doesn't love bread, olive oil and cheese. Great fun and a cool way to try making bread in the traditional fashion.
Class was superb ! Great value for your money. Instructor was engaged and entertaining. Best result: bread was delicious!!
Very lovely welcome, great atmosphere, very friendly tour guide. We not only learned a lot about the baking tradition, but also quite a bit about Croatian culture in general. We would definitely do it again, but you need a car to reach the location.
Nice host, nice location and a conversation that felt natural. Also something out of the usual experiences like boat tours etc. Quick tip: don't put too much water in the dough as you will have to live with jokes on that all the time ;) We wish them great success in establishing their program even further!
