バリ島の伝統料理を教えていただきました。個人的にtempeを使った料理を知りたくて参加しました、tempeのかき揚げはアレンジして楽しめそうです。他の料理は香辛料、材料が揃えるかどうかわかりませんが試してみたいです。丁寧に教えていただき、後でレシピも送ってくださいました。 楽しい時間を過ごせて満足です。 また会場のお家が素晴らしかったです。広くてお庭もあり綺麗に整備されていました。
