Absolutely highly recommend when in Galway, especially if you love gin! We had a private master class with one of the owners & can't say enough about how warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and engaging he is! Like making gin with a friend on a Thursday evening, as one does! We learned about how gin is made, the various flavors you can add and then created our own recipes to be distilled and bottled! They both turned out delicious! What a unique and informative experience! Paul was a great guide through our gin making experience. We produced two passable bottles of gin but had a great time doing it. The Tribe gin was great and the cocktails were flowing during the experience. Afterwards we popped over to the pub next door, which was an excellent recommendation by Paul. Definitely one of our most memorable Irish experiences!
