传统的希腊妈妈会告诉你如何使希腊开胃菜和食品像gemista(烤西红柿和胡椒与大米和新鲜草药 ) , 或tyropita(奶酪馅饼 ) , 牛肉，羊肉或猪肉煮在石头烧烤炉，连同希腊沙拉或其他季节性食谱使用最新鲜的成分，当然有大量的食物选择也为素食者和素食者。
