Yo soy de Alemania y hizo un curso de cocinar comida Mexicana aqui. Soy vegetariano y asi era posible de hacer platos exclusivamente vegetarianos. El primer plato era sopa Azteca, el segundo sopes con frijoles y el tercer plato chiles rellenados. Al inicio hamos visitado un mercado para comprar los ingredientes frescos. Todo era padrissimo.
During the pandemic I have experienced seven virtual food tours, most of them excellent, but our class with Chef Eduardo topped them all. Yesterday we tuned in on eight screens from locations across Western Canada to celebrate my daughter-in-law's birthday. I booked this class for me and my husband to celebrate our anniversary, since we were stuck at home our kids. What a fun and engaging class with Chef Eduardo! He even improvised on the spot to help us make a cocktail to celebrate. He provided sufficient time for us to follow along and motivated us to be confident with our cooking skills.
