I spent an amazing afternoon at Cantina Madrevite and what a gem! Nestled on the rolling hills around Lake Trasimeno, the estate is surrounded by peaceful, lush landscapes — perfect for relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine. The visit starts with a walk through the vineyards and ancient olive groves — a serene way to understand the terroir and the philosophy behind their production. We had a brilliant time! Our guide, Emma, was so knowledgable and kind. Highly recommend! Also, there were beautiful views and the facilities were lovely.
I’ve experienced wine tastings in Tuscany but none of them came close to this experience. Our gracious host was knowledgeable, attentive, and gracious. I thoroughly enjoyed celebrating my birthday with the whole family.
