在位于 Monte dei Cocci di Testaccio 下方的 Taste'accio 中体验首个城市精致特色腌制肉类和奶酪洞穴，享受独特的体验，这里的自然温度在 10 到 15° 之间，几个世纪以来一直是古老的储存食品的“冰箱”，如今已成为真正的美食宝藏“宝库”，是腌制肉类和奶酪自然成熟的理想环境，通过缓慢而均匀的成熟，可以提高其品质。感官品质，赋予真正独特的风味。
