Absolutely amazing. Such a fun time, learned so much and the food was delicious. The chef was not only super knowledgeable, but incredibly personable and fantastic to get along with.
Hugo was engaging, organized, and a delight to cook with. He had a great sense of humor. Visiting the market was fun. Will look for these classes in future travels
