Fantastic experience, Hans is an exceptional host — and what's more, he speaks excellent English, which is rare in China. He first took us to an authentic local market, where we shopped while tasting typical snacks and drinks that we would have hardly discovered on our own. We then moved to his home/workshop/kitchen, where we learned to prepare tofu and beer fish, getting comfortable with using the wok. Highly recommended!
