少人数制のクラスなので、インストラクターが丁寧に指導し、最後においしいエッグコーヒーを淹れるお手伝いをします。それだけでなく、居心地の良い空間なので、グループ内の他の人たちと親近感を抱き、交流しやすくなります。自分の好みに合わせてエッグコーヒーを淹れることができます。自分でできる実践的な体験で、知識豊富なインストラクターのように見えるだけでなく、ベトナムのコーヒー文化についてもっと知るのにも役立ち、家に持ち帰るのに良いブランドを勧めてくれます。
