この少人数のツアーでは、5つの本格的なソフィア料理が行き交う道を外れて市内を通り抜けます。フレーク状のバニツァやタイルで焼いたチーズから、昔ながらの詰め物であるペッパー、ゆっくりと調理されたラム、そしてサプライズデザートまで。 各停留所では、地元の生活、歴史、味の一部を見ることができます。すべて地元の情熱的なホストが案内します。 ソフィアの歴史ある公共トラムで1日シティカードで移動しながら、複数の停留所で本格的なブルガリアの特産品を味わうことができます！ ご注意：テイスティングメニューはオプションで、在庫状況または季節の食材によって調整される場合があります。 お腹が空いた状態でお越しになり、事前に大きな朝食を抜くことをお勧めします！

- 14種類のアレルゲンは、セロリ、グルテンを含む穀類（小麦、ライ麦、大麦、オート麦など ） 、 甲殻類（エビ、カニ、ロブスターなど ） 、 卵、魚、ルピン、牛乳、軟体動物（ムール貝、カキなど ） 、 マスタード、ピーナッツ、ゴマ、大豆、二酸化硫黄、亜硫酸塩（二酸化硫黄と亜硫酸塩が100万分の10以上の濃度の場合 ） 、 木の実（アーモンド、ヘーゼルナッツ、クルミ、ブラジルナッツ、カシュー、ペカン、ピスタチオ、マカデミアナッツなど）です。
- ベジタリアン、ビーガン、グルテンフリーなどの食事制限にも対応できます。食事制限がある場合は、予約時に特別リクエストにご記入ください。
- 幼児や小さなお子様は乳母車やベビーカーに乗せることができます
