美しくプロ仕様のチョコレートを作る方法を実践的に学びます。チョコレートに詰めるおいしいガナッシュの作り方と、チョコレートを使いやすい状態にテンパリングする方法を学びます。チョコレートをデコレーションしたり、持ち帰るためにパッケージしたりする方法も学びます。
この体験を楽しみながら、チョコレートの歴史とそれが今日私たちが食べる楽しみになった経緯について学びます。
