シェフのモハラ・ドールの助けを借りて、さまざまな種類の伝統的なスリランカ料理について学びます。さまざまなカレー（ヘチマ、ナス、レンコン、チキン、シーフード、ビーツなど）、お米（バスマティ、赤生米、サンバ）、サンボルなどを学びます。作った料理のレシピももらえるので、自宅で再現できます。彼らは島の料理文化について非常に個人的な洞察を得るでしょう。
