More than we imagined. A spectacular experience from the moment Roberto picked us up. Beautiful scenery in Mazzano Romano, the locals were so welcoming. Our chef was a great teacher and we learned so much. Memories we’ll cherish.

Our company uses this experience for our guests with all our Italy tours. Wonderful food in a very special setting! The chefs are fun and delightful. All agreed we had the best eggplant Parmesan in our lives - so light and flavorful.
Thank you so much for your wonderful words! We are truly delighted that you chose to share this experience during your Italy tour and that you enjoyed not only the food, but also the special atmosphere and the fun energy of our chefs. Hearing that our eggplant Parmesan was “the best you’ve ever had” is an incredible compliment for us — especially because we always strive to create dishes that are both light, flavorful, and true to Italian tradition. It was a real pleasure having you with us, and we hope to welcome you again soon for more delicious food and special memories together! 🇮🇹🍆✨
