Jean-Yves はプロのシェフであり、2012 年版 MasterChef France の優勝者です。ル マレ近くのワインセラーを改装した店内で、フランスとアジアの風味を繊細に組み合わせた、味覚を驚かせる 4 コース ディナーをお楽しみください。
じっくり調理したアヒルのフィレ肉、ライスペーパーで巻いたインド風チキンロール、タヒエビとベトナム栗を添えたタピオカのラビオリペースト、受賞歴のある彼の自家製マカロンなどの料理をお楽しみください。
Jean-Yves の細部へのこだわりは誰にも負けず、ゲストとの会話が大好きです。リクエストに応じてレシピも教えてくれます。
