エーゲ海美食の夜は、毎週火曜日と土曜日の2回開催されています。 各回とも人数が限られており、シェフが6コースのスペシャルメニューをプライベート感覚で用意できるというメリットがあります。
シェフがメニューの基本となる地元食材や新鮮な即日採れたての魚を使ったコースを用意。
サントリーニのアシルティコ、パロスのマラグージア、ケファロニアのロボラ、マンティネイアのモショルフィレロ、マケドニアの甘いマラグージアが「エーゲ海の美食の夜」のお供にできるワインとして、5つのラブル。 提供するコースに合わせて、品種ごとにきめ細やかにセレクト。 エーゲ海のテイスティングメニューに付随するワインテイスティングはオプションで、お一人様40ユーロです。
