エランの豊かな伝統である「スロー」フードを堪能できる楽しい料理体験にご参加ください。 フレンドリーなスタッフがお客様をお迎えし、エデン・オン・ザ・リバーやユニークな観光・農業財産についての物語をシェアします。
知識豊富なチームに導かれ、地元の珍味であるシンボロスを調理する実習を行います。 その後、活気あるキッチンガーデンを探索し、マニオク、島キャベツ、ココナッツなどの主要食材を発見し、カヴァの文化的意義について学びましょう。
新鮮なココナッツからココナッツミルクを作る喜びを体験し、トロピカルフルーツの盛り合わせとともに、料理をお楽しみください。
