SGA Travel のイスタンブールでの 4 時間の午後のグルメ トレイルでは、歴史と屋台の食べ物を組み合わせたこの街のグルメの中心地を深く知ることができます。活気のある Mısır Çarşısı (スパイス マーケット) からスタートし、伝統的なトルコのロクムを味わい、香り豊かなスパイスの屋台を探索します。ガラタ橋を渡ってカラキョイへ。地元の屋台がココレチ (ラムの腸のグリル) やミディエ ドルマ (ムール貝の詰め物) などの名物料理を提供しています。
マンダバトマズでは、濃厚なトルコ コーヒーとクリスピーなイチリ キョフテ (詰め物入りミートボール) を味わってください。旅は賑やかなイスティクラル通りに沿って続きます。有名なイスラク ハンバーガーを試食し、デザートにはシロップたっぷりのバクラヴァやその他のトルコ料理を堪能してください。
