Maison ZEYSSOLFF は、約 20 世紀前のオーク樽を備えたアルザスでも珍しいセラーの 1 つで、それぞれの樽の容量は 10,000 L で、今でもワインの醸造に使用されています。その大きな好奇心は、パリ万国博覧会 (1900 年) のために 1897 年に製造された ZEYSSOLFF バレルです。この樽は現在でも使用されています。
稲妻のプロジェクションとサウンドワークによる臨場感あふれる体験は、フランスでは他に類を見ないものです。
お子様のご来店も大歓迎ですので、どなたでもご利用いただけます。
アルザス風ジンジャーブレッドが提供され、ハウス特製のホットワインの小ボトルをお楽しみいただけます。
私たちのワインの大部分にはオーガニックのラベルが付いています。
