私たちの家族へようこそ！
私たちはロッコとカーラです。小さなヘルパーのアレッサンドロとママのアンナマリアと一緒に、本当にユニークな体験に皆様をお迎えできることを嬉しく思っています。
おいしい料理への情熱とレストラン業界での経験がこのプロジェクトに命を吹き込みました。料理への愛情、家族の伝統、そして私たちの土地の産物を使った本物の料理を組み合わせるというプロジェクトです。
すでに 60 年代には、パパ ベニアミノ (愛称「ベ」) が、忘れられない料理体験で世界中から来たゲストを喜ばせていました。
2019 年以来、私たちはお客様にまるで自宅にいるかのようにくつろいでいただけるよう、本物の親しみやすいおもてなしを提供することに専念してきました。
私たちのレシピ、伝統、そして食への愛情を共有し、私たちを代表する味と思い出を大切に保存することほど、私たちを誇りに思わせることはありません。
