It was a wonderful experience! Gabbi and her husband were very knowledgable about the local history and cooking. The cooking instructions were easy to follow, the food was delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting too!
We had such an amazing experience with Gaby's cooking class. She made us feel so welcomed from the moment we walked in the door. Gaby is incredibly knowledgeable and taught us how to make delicious gorditas, chilaquiles, fresh salsa, and nopales salad step by step in a fun and easy way. Everything was authentic, hands-on, and absolutely delicious. You can truly feel her passion for cooking and sharing her culture.
