これは、ピエモンテ州で最も魅力的でありながら観光客の少ない地域のひとつで、豊かな歴史と素晴らしいワインを誇るモンフェッラートを発見するワイン ツアーです。
最初の立ち寄り先は地元の小さなワイナリーです。そこでワインメーカー兼生産者を紹介し、彼のセラー、ワイン、そして生産哲学について案内してもらいます。
最初の訪問の後は、私が選んだ伝統的なレストランで昼食をとります。そこでは、地元の静かな雰囲気を楽しみながら、典型的なピエモンテ料理を味わうことができます。
