カンボジアのおもてなしの中心に開かれた招待として、バッタンバンのフード・トラディションズを作成しました。 食べ物は歴史を理解するレンズであり、キッチンはコミュニティの本当の物語が語られる場所である。
この旅では、食卓に並ぶ料理を試すだけではありません。マーケットマスターやおばあちゃんに会い、カンボジアで最もレジリエントなレシピの背後にある個人的な歴史を聞くことができます。 共有された料理、有意義な会話、そして深い文化的洞察を通して、カンボジアで最も記憶に残る味は人々の温かさであることがわかります。
