バイクの背に乗ってサイゴンの究極の屋台食アドベンチャーへ！ 安全のための簡単なイントロの後、賑やかな地元の公園でゴイ・ドゥ・ドゥ・ボー（Gỏi Đu Đủ Bò ） ― 風味がはじけるさわやかな青パパイヤサラダ―で幕を開ける。 次に、ブントニョンのための伝説的な30年の歴史を持つベンダーに向かいます。豚肉のグリル、カリカリの春巻き、タンタン魚醤に浸された麺。
隠れた路地をクルージングし、ガイドが文化と歴史の物語を織り込み、味覚の芽がバインコートに出会う前に—エビや豚肉をトッピングしたサクサクのココナッツ餅。
エビのグリル、ホタテのネギ＆ピーナッツ添え、カタツムリの豚脂＆バターソテー、ハマグリのレモングラスチリスープ、ショウストッパー（カニを丸ごと甘酸っぱいタマリンドソースで煮込んだ料理）など、シーフード好きには堪能できる飽き飽きの食べ歩き。
