経験の詳細
作業中のコーヒー農園を探索し、自分でハワイアンコーヒーを焙煎して袋詰めし、ソースから直接持ち帰ってください。
ハワイアンコーヒーの栽培方法や焙煎方法などを、尾花牧場で2時間ほど体験しましょう。
地元のガイドと農園を散策し、火山の土壌や栽培条件、ハワイ島コーヒーの魅力について語ります。 ゲストはコーヒーの木を植えたり、コーヒーが植物から豆になるまでの過程を学んだりしながら、汚れていきます。
焙煎ステーションでは、コーヒーの焙煎と袋詰めを手伝い、焙煎工程で何を探すかを学び、体験の一環として焙煎したコーヒー袋を持ち帰る。 農園でとれたてのハワイアンコーヒーで締めくくります。
農園見学、コーヒーレッスン、ゆっくり土地を楽しむ良い口実など、少人数でゆったりと過ごすことができます。
