バルセロナのボデガスはワインショップやバー以上の存在で、地元の人々が集まり、飲み物や軽食、会話を楽しむ近隣機関です。 このツアーでは、この街を象徴するボデガ、市場、レストランなどを巡る、都会的なワインルートを辿ります。
まずはメルカート・デ・サン・アントニの近くから出発し、シャルキュトリーやオリーブから養殖魚や鮮魚まで、ボデガ文化を特徴づける食材を探索します。 そこからキャバを飲みながらラヴァルへ向かい、樽から注がれたワインやベルモット、クラシックなタパスなどを味わいながら、伝統的なボデガスを訪れます。
途中、バルセロナの長い保存の伝統と都会の料理を反映した、生肉、塩漬け魚、シーフードのマリネ、ボリューム満点のスロー料理をお楽しみください。 最後には、厳選されたカタルーニャの必須ワインのテイスティングを行います。一部はロングランチ、一部はハッピーアワー、そしてこの街で最も不朽の伝統ある料理に深く入り込みます。
