ボルドーでのご滞在中は、市内で最も古い本格的なチーズセラーで、ユニークなチーズとワインのテイスティングをお楽しみください。 レストランの地下に隠れた名物「100チーズの洞窟」は、18世紀のヴォールト造りの地下セラーでフランス語料理の遺産が息づいています。 1987年に設立されたこの家族経営の機関は、楽しい楽しいチーズのツール・ド・フランスを提供しています。情熱的なホストが、テイスティングを通して逸話、ストーリー、楽しい事実を共有します。
