Loved our guide Orshe as she was very knowledgeable not just about the food but the history as well. She offered many suggestions about other dining locations as well as other places to visit in Budapest. The other couple canceled so we were able to have a private tour! We spent over five hours on the tour so wear comfortable shoes and bring your appetite.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a fantastic way to experience Budapest! Our Culinary and Wine Walk was one of the highlights of our visit. Anna was an excellent guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about Hungarian food, wine, and culture. Christine, our guide, was personable, warm, funny and wow - she knows about history, geography, literature, art! The food experiences were nestled into context of Budapest social and political forces. This was a fascinating tour. We rode the tram and the subway. We tasted everything from pastries to pickled vegetables to goulash to sausage. We avoided the obvious touristy spots. Great tour. Highly recommend.

This was a great way to learn about Hungarian food and traditions, and see a bit of Pest. Our guide Kristine was wonderful. Highly recommend as an introduction to Budapest and Hungarian food!

This is one of the best food and wine tours ever. I think this company does a great job and I will seek them out whenever we travel. Bali was our guide and he was great! He spoke very good English but his time of voice was perfectly loud enough so we could all hear. He also had the perfect pace for the tour.
