We had a great time learning about the culture and cooking. Our guide was a great resource.
Worth so much more than you pay. I was surprised it included chocolate and tequila tasting and delighted it included churros and chocolate. Every part of the tour was timed perfectly. I expected to be hot and sweaty but it is entirely air conditioned. That made it more comfortable.
We booked a cooking class in Cabo and I’ll admit I was nervous going in — it was 90°F with 75% humidity, and I assumed we’d be cooking outside in that heat. Instead, they started us off in a nice air-conditioned room with a chocolate tasting, walking us through how chocolate is made, then moved into a mole tasting and explanation.
