このような特別な動物が、私たちの島の砂漠の気候に関して考えられるすべての逆境を克服し、何年にもわたって摂食困難を乗り越え、私たちの先祖であるマジョレロを維持することができなかったとは、どうして可能なのでしょうか。ミルクや肉ではありませんが、フェルテベントゥラ山羊のチーズを世界で最高のものにしたような高品質のミルクを提供してきました。
