カマルシェフによるインタラクティブな実践的なクラスでは、インド料理を作るためのユニークなテクニックを指導します。 スパイスとフレーバーの完璧なバランスをマスターし、濃厚で香り豊かなカレーを作る、カレーミクソロジーのテクニックを学びます。 また、無数のインド料理の基礎となるマザーソースの調理や、料理をレベルアップさせるスパイスブレンドの技術など、必須のスキルも学びます。 シェフのカマルが、新鮮な旬の食材と持続可能な実践方法を教え、伝統的な料理と現代的な料理の両方を作ります。 クラスが終わる頃には、これらの料理を自宅で再現し、インド料理の奥深さを探求する自信が身につくでしょう。
