桜の菓子作り体験会に参加し、繊細な花の形のお菓子を一から作る方法を学びます。生地作りから始まり、下ごしらえ、形を整え、あんこを詰めるまで、インストラクターが順を追ってガイド。生地を美しい桜の形に成形し、お菓子の特徴を出すディテールの作り方を学びます。形を整えた後、その場で焼き上げ、出来上がったものを味わうことができる。ビギナー向けのセッションで、少人数のグループ向けに設計されており、ベジタリアンレストラン内でリラックスした雰囲気の中で行われます。中国語のお菓子作りを体験し、新しいパン作りのスキルを持ち帰る創造的で楽しい方法です。

Lovely birthday celebration

We went to celebrate our friend’s birthday, and it was a really lovely way to spend the day together. We started with the cherry blossom workshop, which was really fun and surprisingly relaxing. We all made our own pastries from scratch; they turned out so cute and beautiful. After the workshop, we stayed for the vegetarian lunch set together. Sweet surprise for my family

While travelling in Shanghai with my family, I wanted to find something relaxing to do on my own for an afternoon and came across this cherry blossom pastry workshop. I really enjoyed learning how to make the pastries from scratch, from preparing the dough and filling them with red bean paste to shaping each one into a little cherry blossom.
