経験の詳細
登録後、ケージタワーが集合場所となります。それから旧市街を歩きます。途中、ベルンのチョコレートの歴史をお楽しみいただけます。有名なチョコレートをご用意しております。小さなショコラティエのショップでは、受賞歴のあるチョコレートのセレクションが入ったボックスもお届けします。
コチングはベルンで開発され、チョコレートの標準的な製造方法として世界中で確立されています。これはベルンの最も重要なチョコレートの歴史ですが、同時に最も知られていない物語でもあります。コンチングの技術を見せながら、今日のチョコレート（溶かしたチョコレート）の本当の話を学びます。
最後には、ベルンの旧市街を優しい視点から眺めることができます。その後、ゲストはベルンがチョコレートの首都だったのか、それともその主張が単なるマーケティングなのかを自分で判断する必要があります。
