これは、市内中心部からそれほど遠くない都市部にある家族経営のコーヒー農園を巡るツアーで、種からカップに注ぐまでのコーヒーの加工を体験できます。
コーヒーをたくさん飲みながら、変革のプロセス全体について学びます。
ツアーは地下鉄サンアントニオ駅から始まります。そこからトラムで20分、オリエンテ駅まで行きます。オリエンテ駅でケーブルカーに乗り、15分かけて街のパノラマビューを楽しみます。その後、コミューン8にあるラ・シエラ地区に到着します。農園は労働者階級の地域にあるため、ここから20分ほど歩き、階段を上ります。ここでは、このコミュニティの変遷と文化の歴史について学びます。その後、農園に到着し、コーヒー栽培に携わる家族が、彼らの人生の物語を語り、コーヒー生産に必要なほぼすべての工程を説明してくれます。
