私たちの最初の目的地は、高品質のワインの生産に注力していることで知られるラ ヴィニャ ネイエンです。 2002 年に設立されたネイエンは、この地域の歴史とユニークな特徴を反映したカルメネールとカベルネ ソーヴィニヨンの象徴的なブレンドで際立っています。 このブドウ園には 19 世紀から何世紀もの歴史を持つブドウ畑があり、バレー内で最も古いブドウ畑の 1 つで、ミネラル豊富な土壌に植えられています。 この象徴的な歴史遺産のブドウ園を訪れた後、いわゆる「チリワインの王」アウレリオ モンテスの所有地であるヴィーニャ モンテスに行きます。 この壮大で印象的なワイナリーは、アパルタと呼ばれるこの高級な亜谷を囲む丘の斜面に沿った独創的なガイド付きツアーで探索できる美しい地形にあります。 ヴィーニャ モンテスでは、肉と火の専門家である名門シェフ、フランシス メルマンが経営するフエゴス デ アパルタ レストランでランチを食べる機会を逃すことはできません。このレストランでは、ユニークな体験ができます。
