おいしいサルサを準備することから始め、その後、本格的で伝統的なメキシコのモーレ、おいしいエンモラーダ、メキシカン ライスを用意します。食材について教育を受け、料理と栄養価、食事の各部分の準備と調理方法について説明します。興味がある場合は、常にベジタリアン、ビーガン、またはグルテンフリーに対応しています。モグラの歴史と文化的重要性、そしてモグラがマヤとアステカ社会の上流階級だけに限定された「皇帝の食べ物」であった方法について説明します。レッスン中は、自分の環境を探索するように誘われます。暖炉と図書室のある居心地の良い書斎。有機的な庭園と豪華な風景を備えた周囲の中庭。おいしい食事を準備したら、座って食事をし、素晴らしい会話を楽しみます。ウェルカムとして、ピュア カカオ チョコレート ドリンクとおいしいメキシコ ワインをいつでもお楽しみいただけます。美しく静かな環境に囲まれています。
