イスタンブールの家にあるこのプライベートな4時間の料理教室で地元料理を学ぶ。友人のNurayとIpekの母親と娘のチームがトルコ家庭料理の喜びを紹介します。 içliköfte（bulgar meatballs）、karniyarik（ナスとトマトを詰めたナス）、barbunya pilaki（トマトとレモンソースで煮込んだ豆）などを準備する方法を学びます。野菜を細断したり、ベレックを包んだり、ナスを揚げたりするなどの仕事を手伝ってください。その後、ホストと一緒に座って地元のワインを用意して、おいしい食事をお楽しみください。
