カサ サン ミゲルでは、参加者は単に料理のデモンストレーションを見るだけでなく、その体験の一部となります。 地元のシェフ、デビッド・ファルファン氏の指導の下、旅行者たちは何世代にもわたって受け継がれてきた伝統的な技法を使って本格的なグアテマラ料理を調理します。 少人数のグループにより、個別の指導、実践的な学習、温かく歓迎的な家族のような雰囲気が確保されます。
参加者はグアテマラのコーヒー、地元の飲み物、持ち帰れる印刷されたレシピも楽しめます。
オプションの市場ツアーでは、旅行者が地元の食材や伝統に直接触れることができる、文化的な雰囲気を味わうことができます。
