レッチェ近郊のコリリアーノ・ドトラントの田園地帯で、エンツァとその家族と共に、本物のイタリアの家庭で素敵な夜を過ごしてみませんか。
まずは伝統的なイタリアのアペリティフから始めましょう。自家製の前菜とプロセッコを皆で分け合いながら、お互いのことを知りましょう。
その後、各ゲストは地元の食材と家族代々伝わるレシピを使って、それぞれ手作りの生パスタを作ります。
パスタができたら、みんなで料理をして、テーブルを囲んで地元のワインを飲みながら、音楽を聴き、会話を楽しみながら夕食をいただきます。
夜は自家製デザートと家族で作ったリモンチェッロで締めくくられ、その日の思い出がささやかに心に残る。
